By accessing our website (cymbidiumlabs.com), downloading our mobile applications, or utilizing any services provided by Cymbidium Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Description of Services & Productivity Nature

Cymbidium Labs provides consumer software utilities, calendar tracking tools, and decentralized telemetry coordination services designed to assist users in monitoring publicly available appointment calendars. Our software is strictly a productivity assistant that facilitates user-directed local automation.

3. Subscriptions & Payment Terms

Certain advanced features (e.g., priority slot arbitration, multi-window tracking, and Sniper Mode) may require an active paid subscription:

• Billing & In-App Purchases: All subscription billing is processed through Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Store (Google Play Billing). Payment terms, renewals, and refunds are governed by the respective platform’s commercial policies.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date via your Apple or Google account settings.
• Zero PII Receipt Verification: Subscriptions are verified anonymously via cryptographic receipt tokens issued by Apple or Google; we do not process or store credit card information.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to utilize our software strictly for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Resell, scalpe, or commercialize consular appointment slots captured using our software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our mobile binaries or coordination APIs.
• Inject fraudulent attestation tokens or manipulate client telemetry reports to distort mesh scheduling algorithms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, user interface designs, logos, algorithms, and documentation developed by Cymbidium Labs LLC are the exclusive intellectual property of Cymbidium Labs LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CYMBIDIUM LABS LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT APPOINTMENT SLOTS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE, THAT LOCAL RESCHEDULING ATTEMPTS WILL SUCCEED AGAINST THIRD-PARTY CONSULAR SERVERS, OR THAT CONSULAR OFFICIALS WILL APPROVE ANY APPLICATION.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CYMBIDIUM LABS LLC, ITS MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SOFTWARE OR MISSED TRAVEL DEADLINES.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any choice of law rules.
